A textured landscape, in front of which hand-forged discs are suspended on links of chain.
The name 'Avalon' comes from the ancient British word lava, meaning apple. These earrings represent the mythical Island of Apples.

Fine silver earrings with a palm bark design
The palm texture is taken from a palm tree that was in our garden when we lived in California. I drew my inspiration from the fact that this palm is not native to California although it is found there and, for me, it represents settling and thriving in a new home.
