If you wish to purchase any of our products, or discuss a custom item, then please call us or email us, as the personal contact is important to us. We will discuss your exact requirements, when the items can be shipped, and the total price including postage, and applicable tax.

If you are paying by PayPal, you may pay using any payment method that is accepted by PayPal, including credit, and you do not need to have a PayPal account to do so. We will simply invoice you via PayPal, and you will receive an email with secure payment instructions.

Postage and handling for UK domestic shipping is charged at the applicable rate for UK parcel post, insured for the value of the items being shipped. Please call for international rates.
Customer satisfaction is of the highest importance to us. We endeavour to make it as easy as possible for you to choose an item that you will be pleased with. We are available to discuss your needs via email or telephone, and we encourage you to take advantage of this, since the personal contact is very important to us. We also provide high resolution photos of all of our online products - simply click on the picture and you will see a detailed photo.
For custom items, all sales are final, otherwise, if you are not satisfied with the product when you receive it, then simply return it to us within 10 days of receipt, in original condition (unworn) with the original receipt, and we will provide you with a choice of either a store credit for the price of the item minus shipping, or a refund of the price of the item minus shipping.
If you purchase an item from Benson Creative Designs, and find that it is faulty, then please return it to us within 30 days of purchase, and we will evaluate the problem. If the item is faulty due to a problem with either materials or workmanship, then we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item if possible, or if we find that a repair or replacement is inappropriate or not possible, then we will provide a refund of the price of the item including shipping. If the item is damaged due to abuse or mishandling then we cannot provide a replacement or a refund.
If items are damaged or lost in shipping, then the loss will be covered subject to the insurance terms on the shipping. In this case, contact us as soon as you receive the item. You must keep all of the original packaging and it's contents, and we will let you know what to do next.
